Job Description

Job Title: Area Sales & Marketing Manager

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

Achieve quarterly and annual sales (volume/value) targets in B2C and retail segments.
Implement sales and marketing strategies; ensure strong retail and counter sales execution.
Manage and train the sales team; monitor performance and ensure field activity.
Drive zonal territory expansion through dealer/distributor development and new customer acquisition.
Maintain relationships with key retailers, counters, builders, architects, and corporates.
Ensure credit control, timely collections, and proper market coverage.
Handle customer complaints effectively and maintain strong brand presence.
Plan promotions, gather market intelligence, and ensure product availability.
Optimize regional expenses and ensure execution discipline.

Qualifications:

Graduate/MBA with 610 years of experience in
B2C, retail sales, and counter sales
.
Must have proven
zonal territory management
experience.
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
