Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets for

FRP Rebar products.

• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base in the region.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, contractors, distributors,

and industry stakeholders.

• Provide technical support and product knowledge to customers, highlighting the

advantages and applications of FRP rebar.

• Collaborate with marketing teams to plan and execute promotional campaigns, trade

shows, and product launches.

• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adjust sales

strategies.

• Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for senior management.

• Lead, mentor, and motivate the regional sales team to improve performance and meet

targets.

• Coordinate with supply chain and production teams to ensure timely delivery of

products.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory

requirements
