Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Regional Sales Head to lead sales operations and drive business growth within the printing chemicals sector. This is a remote role with responsibilities that include building and managing client accounts, devising and implementing sales strategies, expanding market presence, leading and mentoring the sales team, analyzing market trends, and achieving revenue targets. The ideal candidate will work closely with both internal teams and customers to deliver value and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong Sales and Sales Management skills, with the ability to achieve performance targets and build strategic client relationships
• Proficiency in Account Management and Team Management to ensure the establishment of long-term client relationships and effective leadership
• Solid Analytical Skills for evaluating market trends, customer needs, and sales metrics to adjust strategies effectively
• Proven experience in the printing or chemical industry is highly beneficial
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an advanced degree is an advantage
