Travel and Tape Hospitality LLP is a fast-growing travel and events company based in Nerul, Navi Mumbai. We specialize in MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions), holiday packages, international trade fair tours, corporate travel, and study tours. We are expanding rapidly and seeking a highly driven Regional Sales Head - MICE to spearhead client acquisition and build strong regional networks.

Key Responsibilities :

• Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities within the MICE and corporate travel segment.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through strategic planning and execution.
• Build and nurture strong client relationships by providing prompt communication, regular follow-ups, and excellent customer service.
• Understand client requirements and offer customized MICE and travel solutions to enhance client value.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of events, travel arrangements, and proposals.
• Maintain accurate reports of sales activities, pipelines, client interactions, and feedback.
• Represent the company at industry events, networking meets, and corporate visits.

Key Skills & Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or related fields.
• Minimum 8 - 10 years of experience in the travel industry, preferably in MICE or corporate sales.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing corporate accounts.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working both independently and in a team.
