Job Description: We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Regional Sales Head to join our team and drive sales efforts across the region. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in sales and business development, particularly in the Bulk SMS or digital communications industry. Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Strategy & Leadership: Lead and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed company sales targets for Bulk SMS solutions within the designated region.
• Team Management: Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals to ensure performance targets are met. Provide regular coaching and support to enhance team productivity.
• Business Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities by targeting high-potential customers in various industries such as retail, e-commerce, education, healthcare, and more.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are met and providing superior customer service.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience (5+ years) in sales management, with at least 2-3 years in the Bulk SMS or digital communication industry.
• Strong leadership skills and a demonstrated ability to manage a sales team effectively.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• A deep understanding of the Bulk SMS landscape and its applications across different industries.
• Ability to think strategically and execute effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
