Role Overview: As the Regional Partnerships Lead for Jaipur, your primary responsibility will be to expand Masai's presence in Jaipur by establishing strong relationships with companies, organizing hiring fairs, and building a local team to drive growth. This role is crucial and requires strategic thinking, execution excellence, and a deep understanding of partnerships and talent acquisition. Key Responsibilities: - Build & Expand Masai's Company Network in Jaipur: - Identify and onboard companies in Jaipur seeking skilled talent. - Develop robust relationships with HRs, founders, and key decision-makers. - Drive corporate partnerships to ensure a consistent pipeline of hiring opportunities for Masai graduates. - Organize Regular Hiring Fairs: - Plan and execute city-level hiring fairs in Jaipur to connect companies with job seekers. - Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of hiring events. - Increase employer participation and ensure high hiring conversion rates. - Build & Lead a High-Performance Team: - Recruit and oversee a local team to support partnership efforts. - Provide training, guidance, and strategic direction for the team's success. - Establish clear goals and monitor performance metrics. - Generate Leads for Other Masai Business Verticals: - Identify opportunities to expand Masai's services beyond hiring such as corporate training and upskilling programs. - Collaborate with internal teams to devise cross-selling strategies. - Utilize company connections to create new business opportunities. Qualifications Required: - Proven track record in business development, partnerships, or sales, preferably in EdTech, recruitment, or workforce solutions. - Strong networking skills with the ability to cultivate long-term corporate relationships. - Experience in event planning and executing hiring or networking events. - Team leadership experience, with the capability to build and manage a high-performing team. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. - Demonstrated ability to work independently, take ownership, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
