Regional Operations Manager

1.0 Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Warehouse management
• Inventory management and replenishment to stores etc Order fulfillment, Delivery Management and service analysis ERP management & implementation
• Periodic Audits

Other Key functional Skills Required -

1. Inventory Management: Tracking and managing inventory levels, including receiving, storing, and shipping.

2. Warehouse Operations: Understanding warehouse layout, storage systems, and materi handling equipment.

3. Logistics and Transportation: Coordinating transportation, routing, and scheduling.

4. Supply Chain Management: Understanding the flow of goods, services, and information

from raw materials to end customers.

5. Time Management: Prioritizing tasks, managing deadlines, and optimizing workflows.

6. Third party Management:

(A)Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with 3PL providers.

(B) Performance Monitoring: Tracking and analyzing 3PL provider performance, including metrics such as on-time delivery, inventory accuracy, and cost savings.

(C) Issue Resolution: Resolving issues and disputes with 3PL providers.

(D) Cost Management: Managing costs associated with 3PL services, including transportation, warehousing, freight management and billing

Technical Skills:

1. Warehouse Management Systems (WMS): Proficiency in WMS software,

2. Inventory Tracking: Familiarity with inventory tracking systems,

3. Transportation Management Systems (TMS): Understanding TMS software, such as transportation planning and execution.

4. Data Analysis: Analyzing data to optimize warehouse operations, inventory levels, and transportation routes.
