Job Description

Role & responsibilities

The person will be responsible for training activities for Bangalore region and provide Beauty product training with ease in Karnataka.
Train and empower Modicare consultants to conduct meetings on Beauty (UrbanColor,Schloka and Personal Care).
Prepare and conduct Monthly Product and Training calendar in conjunction with ASM.
Utilize the training infrastructure at Lifestyle Centers through self and consultant conducted trainings.
Help organize and conduct seminars like Azadi Champions of Modicare.
Resolve product and business-related queries received from consultant network.
Work together with ASM and RH to achieve territories sales targets.
Work with Training Head to create new training content.

Preferred candidate profile

Skin care and makeup knowledge
Presentation Skills
Willing to travel
Should have good people skills
Knowledge of Content Development
Fluent in Kannada
