Master Trainer (SAP)

Role & responsibilities

The Master Trainer will be responsible for delivering practical, hands-on training to students across different institutes, focusing on IR 4.0 technology. Master Trainer will guide the students On Concept of Python Programming and Data Analytics, SAP Analytics Cloud, Artificial Intelligence. Trainers needs to Help Students to Complete Self-paced online course.

Training Delivery:

• Conduct in-person, hands-on training on Data Analytics using various Tools, Python Programming,
• Demonstrate the Use of various data Analytics Tools like, Python, Excel, Power BI, SAP Analytics Cloud

2. Practical Skills Development:

• Ensure students Perform all Lab Practicals and Compete all Courses as Per the Schedule.
• Evaluate Students Performance based on Self-Paced Course Learning Outcomes & Capstone Project on Learning Outcomes.

3. Managing Students Learning Progress:

• Master Trainer will Be responsible to track the Learners Progress on Daily/weekly basis.
• Ensure Active Students Participation in all Activities Expert Session, Webinar, Workshop, Industrial Visit, Volunteer Session.
• Track Students Learning Journey and Help them to complete All Learning.

4. Curriculum Development & Enhancement:

• Contribute to the development and refinement of the Learning curriculum to keep pace with the latest industry developments and technologies.
• Design practical exercises that simulate real-world challenges, helping students apply theoretical concepts.

Preferred candidate profile

• B.Tech / M.Tech in Computer Science/Computer Engineering/ Electronics/ MCA/ Information Technology or Relevant Domain with preferable experience of 2-4 years in delivering practical training.
• Strong knowledge Python Programming, Data Analytics, SAP Analytics Cloud, Artificial Intelligent, Power BI, Excel, Machine Learning
• Microsoft 365, Communication Skills, Leadership skills.
