Job Description

P&L ownership of the schools in the region. Drive the achievement of Growth, Revenue, Cashflow and EBITDA targets through effective planning and execution. Demonstrate a deep understanding of the K12 education space, with specific knowledge of CBSE, ICSE, Cambridge C IB curriculums. Lead School operations for the region along with Regional Marketing, HR and Acad teams with dotted line of Regional Finance Collaborate with academic teams to align products and services with the latest educational trends and requirements. Build and lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence. Provide mentorship and guidance to team members to enhance their skills and contribute to their professional development.
