Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Own and manage end-to-end MIS reporting for the South - 1 GT operations.
Consolidate daily, weekly, and monthly sales data from various internal systems and stakeholders.
Create, maintain, and automate dashboards using Advanced Excel and Power BI for real-time business insights.
Track and report KPIs across sales, distribution, visibility, and outlet performance.
Partner with Sales Managers and the Circle Head to drive compliance on data inputs and reporting protocols.
Conduct regular data audits to ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all reports.
Present actionable insights and variance analyses during reviews and strategic meetings.
Support Circle Head with ad-hoc reports, zone-wise performance deep-dives, and exception tracking.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance) for integrated reporting and alignment.

Key Requirements:

Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Commerce, or Analytics.
35 years of experience in Sales MIS, preferably in FMCG or GT-heavy sectors.
Expertise in Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot, Power Query, Macros) is a must.
Hands-on proficiency in Power BI including DAX, data modeling, and visualization.
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders.
Good communication skills (written and verbal) for effective reporting and alignment.
