Job Description

Role Summary:

We are looking for a result-oriented Sales Executive to lead daily order-taking and secondary sales for our Mens Innerwear business in Bangalore. This role demands strong beat discipline, retail engagement, and coordination with distributors to drive market penetration.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct structured daily order-taking across assigned retail outlets
Achieve secondary sales targets for the Mens Innerwear portfolio
Implement beat plans to ensure outlet coverage and optimize call efficiency
Coordinate with distributors on billing, stock, claims, and returns
Expand numeric reach by activating new outlets across the territory
Drive planogram compliance, visibility, and trade scheme execution at the store level
Monitor competitor activity and gather actionable market feedback
Build strong trade relationships and ensure timely payment collections
Support in-market activations, sampling, and product push initiatives

Candidate Profile:

4 to 6 years of experience in General Trade sales (Innerwear, Apparel, or FMCG preferred)
Strong expertise in order-taking, beat execution, and distributor management
In-depth knowledge of Bangalore’s General Trade market
Graduate preferred; fluency in Kannada and basic English required
Must be self-driven, target-focused, and capable of managing on-ground operations independently
