Regional Manager – Marketing

✅ Lead and grow sales & marketing operations in your region

✅ Build and strengthen dealer/distributor networks

✅ Drive product penetration (SSP, NPK, DAP, etc.) through smart marketing initiatives

✅ Mentor and guide the regional sales team to deliver results

✅ Achieve revenue & market share targets while expanding brand presence
