Job Description

  • Develop and execute regional marketing strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Lead and direct the team of marketing executives to achieve targets.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to inform marketing strategies.
  • Manage marketing budgets effectively, ensuring all activities are completed within budget constraints and on time.
  • Implement cost-effective marketing strategies, leading to notable ROI improvements.
  • Set up a strong network of vendors/agencies for various activities planned for the respective regions.
  • Provide guidance and support to the marketing executives to achieve marketing objectives.
  • Achieve sales targets by executing marketing campaigns to meet or exceed predefined sales targets for each store in the assigned region.
  • Enhance customer insights and market understanding through regular analysis of sales data to identify customer preferences and market trends.
  • Strengthen stakeholder relationships by serving as the single point of contact for Regional and Cluster Managers, facilitating seamless communication and effective marketing support.
  • Improve underperforming stores by identifying and implementing targeted marketing initiatives to turnaround performance.
  • Increase brand awareness in local markets by developing and implementing strategies to build and maintain brand presence.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field is required; a Master's degree is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, market research analysis, customer segmentation, and customer profiling is essential.
  • Experience in managing ATL & BTL marketing strategies for specific regions within a retail environment is necessary.
  • Proficiency in budget management and optimizing marketing budgets for ROI is expected.
  • Demonstrated sales growth for specific regions and local market acumen are highly valued.
  • Ability to develop and execute regional marketing strategies aligned with company objectives is crucial.
  • Strategic planning, budget management, ATL & BTL marketing, team management, and project management skills are required.
  • Experience in managing multiple stakeholders, including internal teams and external vendors, is beneficial.
  • Strong analytical skills are needed to interpret sales data and market trends to make informed decisions.
  • Effective vendor management and communication skills are essential for collaborating with teams and stakeholders.
