Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Regional Marketing Manager to oversee marketing campaigns and initiatives, driving brand awareness and sales growth in our retail stores. The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of experience in retail marketing.
Roles and Responsibility
  • Develop and execute regional marketing strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Lead and direct the team of marketing executives to achieve targets.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to inform marketing strategies.
  • Manage marketing budgets effectively, ensuring all activities are completed within budget constraints.
  • Implement cost-effective marketing strategies, leading to notable ROI improvements.
  • Strategize and execute marketing plans for new store launches, encompassing pre-launch buzz, grand opening initiatives, and post-launch sustainability efforts.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials, campaigns, and in-store experiences.
  • Identify underperforming stores and develop strategies to address issues, improve performance, and drive profitability.
  • Set up a strong network of vendors/ agencies for various activities planned for the respective regions.
  • Provide guidance and support to the marketing executives to achieve marketing objectives.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field is required; a Master's degree is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing and understanding of per marketing concepts.
  • Expertise in market research analysis, customer segmentation, and customer profiling.
  • Experience in managing ATL & BTL marketing strategies for specific regions within a retail environment.
  • Proficiency in budget management and optimizing marketing budgets for ROI.
  • Demonstrated sales growth for specific regions.
  • Local market acumen with the ability to execute tailor marketing strategies to local market dynamics.
  • A track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets within the region.
  • Successfully launched and expanded into new regional markets, resulting in significant revenue growth.
  • Implemented cost-effective marketing strategies, leading to notable ROI improvements.
  • Strategic planning, budget management, ATL & BTL marketing, team management, and analytical skills are essential.
  • Ability to interpret sales data and market trends to make informed decisions.
  • Project management, communication skills, and vendor management are also required.
