Our Client is a fast-growing cybersecurity company focused on Operational Technology (OT), Industrial Control Systems (ICS), and Cyber-Physical Systems (CPS). They help secure critical infrastructure across sectors like energy, utilities, oil & gas, airports, ports, mining, manufacturing, and smart cities. Our services include AI-powered posture management, IEC 62443/NIST-based risk assessments, managed SOC, compliance consulting, and threat intelligence.

Role Overview

As a Regional Marketing Manager, you will drive end-to-end marketing campaigns tailored to your assigned region (India or Middle East), closely aligning with the Sales team to build a qualified pipeline. You’ll manage everything from content and campaign planning to digital execution and event support.

Key Responsibilities

Core Responsibilities (Common Across Regions)

  • Develop and execute multi-channel campaigns (email, paid media, social, events, webinars).
  • Build and nurture lead databases using

    Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and CRM insights.

  • Own HubSpot lead workflows, segmentation, and campaign reporting.
  • Create and localize high-impact content: eBooks, whitepapers, infographics, and case studies.
  • Optimize website content on WordPress using SEO best practices.
  • Design social creatives and marketing collateral using Canva.
  • Track key metrics: lead quality, conversion rates, campaign ROI, and regional sales pipeline impact.

India (APAC Region)

  • Scale outbound marketing across Indian metro cities and tech hubs.
  • Organize and support local tech events, meetups, webinars, and industry expos.
  • Build regional content that resonates with Indian cybersecurity decision-makers.
  • Strengthen local prospecting cadence with Sales.

Middle East

  • Lead demand generation across GCC countries, especially UAE and Saudi Arabia.
  • Tailor messaging and campaigns to local language, market maturity, and cultural context.
  • Collaborate on regional expos, partnerships, and in-person business events.
  • Optimize content and cadence for longer B2B sales cycles in the region.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 3–8 years of B2B marketing experience in

    cybersecurity, managed security services, compliance/risk consulting, or industrial tech.

  • Domain understanding of OT/ICS cybersecurity, IEC 62443, NIST CSF, SOC, or threat intelligence is a strong plus.

  • Experience targeting verticals like

    oil & gas, energy, utilities, manufacturing, mining, or smart infrastructure.

  • Hands-on expertise with

    HubSpot, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Canva, and WordPress.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication, with ability to tailor messaging for enterprise tech buyers.
