Role & responsibilities

Vendor Management & Onboarding

• Coordinate the onboarding of vendors
• Raise and manage Purchase Orders for vendors, ensuring timely execution and tracking.

Dealer & Commercial Coordination

• Collaborate with the commercial and dealer teams to ensure proper documentation and payment processing for dealer-related activities.
• Complete payment requests for dealer activities as required.

Branding & Budget Management

• Visit stores to assess branding availability and ensure new branding implementation.
• Raise budget approvals for branding initiatives, festive budgets, and activities aimed at driving sales growth.
• Submit reports and documentation to HO for budget approvals, including for new store branding replacements.

Reporting & Analysis

• Prepare and submit regular reports to HO as per their requirements.
• Work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities for improving sales performance.
• Share insights from activity reports on campaigns executed by other brands to assess their impact on your brands sales.

POSM Management

• Coordinate with the POSM team to arrange new POSM and store-specific materials.
• Ensure POSM arrangements for new stores are completed to maintain readiness and visibility.

Campaign Execution & Market Readiness

• Conduct market visits to verify campaign execution, MDE zone displays, and Brand Shop exclusive offers.
• Prepare markets for VIP visits by ensuring visibility and readiness across locations.

Competitive Analysis

• Analyze competitor activities across markets to stay informed and strategically position your brand.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong coordination and communication skills.
• Experience in vendor management, purchase order processing, and budget approvals.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams (sales, commercial, dealer, POSM, etc.).
• Analytical mindset to track performance, analyze data, and drive actionable insights.
• Detail-oriented with a focus
