Job Description

As a Sales Manager at our organization, you will be responsible for developing business strategies to expand the customer pool, increase store traffic, and optimize profitability. Your role involves forming tie-ups in local markets/malls to drive footfalls, educating selling teams about our company's goals and product knowledge, and reviewing sales data to create reports for senior-level officers. Additionally, you will utilize business intelligence tools to provide sales insights, travel to various locations to meet and manage sales staff, and review and update sales policies as needed. You will be expected to identify both struggling and successful sales initiatives, ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service, and communicate actively with sales teams to foster a team environment. Planning and executing sales meetings, interviewing and training new sales employees, and managing operational requirements for existing/new stores are also key responsibilities of this role. To qualify for this position, you should have a Graduation or a Master's degree in business administration (MBA), marketing, or related fields. A minimum of 4 years of experience in sales, strong communication skills, and proven sales knowledge are required. You should also possess notable interpersonal skills, the ability to provide effective feedback, and a willingness to travel regularly for meetings and general management duties.
