? Primary responsibilities :

?1. Create business opportunities in the assigned regions from scratch for the? English & languages portals.

?2. Responsible for driving the Revenue targets & growing YOY yield for the? assigned regions and accounts.

?3. Train and manage teams in the assigned regions.

?4. Regularly engage with and drive partnerships with long tail clientele and? performance driven marketers who aim to reach out to, engage with and convert? the right audience.

?5. Provide relevant and appropriate solutions to clients with campaigns and? monetization opportunities.

?6. Ensure delivery on performance of campaigns to ensure customer delight with? prospects of increased revenue.

?7. Spear heading client servicing initiatives in the assigned regions.

?8. Display ad selling and branded content on Times of India, Economic Times, Maharashtra Times, ? Navbharat Times & all other language verticals.

?9. Should have knowledge across client categories

?10. NDB and New market development will be a focus area

?11. Creative selling as spotlight solutions will be part of the assigned responsibility.

? Candidate Requirements:

?1. Over 15 years of Digital media sales experience in the regional space.

?2. Must have strong industry connections with direct clients and agencies in the? assigned regions.

?3. Must be able to lead & motivate the team to drive results.

?4. Must possess exceptional Presentation skills.

?5. Quick at problem-solving & trouble-shooting.

?6. Candidate will be based out of Hyderabad m anaging Markets of AP & Telangana.

?7. Should be good at creative solutions as spotlight (Ideation )selling will also be?part of the profile.

? 8. Should have good in roads into the govt departments in both states

? 9. Will have to manage a team and drive revenues across all our digital? platforms?

? 10. Will also be managing individual accounts and generate revenues through them

? 11. Will generate revenues for our various marquee properties and also ensure concepts are sold by the team.
