Role & responsibilities We are looking for a Regional Manager Solar Sales with proven experience in selling solar products to EPC companies. This role is ideal for someone who: - Has deep expertise in solar sales and an extensive network in the EPC industry - Can set up and scale the regional sales structure from scratch - Has a strong track record in selling solar panels, inverters, BOS, and batteries - Understands the EPC sales cycle and how to penetrate the market effectively - Can hire, train, and lead a high-performance sales team - Wants to grow rapidly in a leadership role with high earning potential Preferred candidate profile Perks and benefits
