Job Title: Regional Head

Role Overview:
Seeking a dynamic Regional Head to drive sponsorship sales and lead operations across multiple states. The role focuses on sales, community development, and regional leadership to create impactful programs for senior citizens.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive sponsorship sales & manage client relationships.
Lead regional operations, recruitment, and team management.
Build and engage senior communities.
Plan & execute events and offline experience centers.
Oversee P\&L, budgets, and marketing campaigns.
Qualifications:
MBA in Business/Marketing or related field.
8–10 years of leadership experience in operations/community engagement.
5+ years in sponsorship sales/concept selling.
Strong client management, negotiation & team-building skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,100,000.00 per year
