Job Description

Recruitment of staff in as per approved manpower plan Managing performance of team members; counselling & coaching team members from time to time to improve their performance Team engagement & retention of talent Team Management Lead and manage a high-performing team to achieve business targets Foster a collaborative and motivated team culture Provide coaching and support for continuous skill development Oversee the development and confirmation of new LMs and DMs Monitor and minimize DM Group Attrition through effective team management Performance and Process Improvement Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance business performance Identify opportunities for process improvements in sales and distribution Drive initiatives to achieve the defined percentage of branches achieving NB Budget and the percentage of branches with an excellent rating. Implement recruitment and training programs for team development Overseeing Day to Day Operations Ensure strict adherence to budget targets for various business performance metrics to persistency, premium renewal, protection business, new business, etc. Drive initiatives to minimize mis-selling complaints and achieve new business targets, minimize DM group attrition Ensure adherence to the defined active LM, LM Club members, and minimum business guarantee per sanctioned DM Stakeholder Relations Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders from operations, sales strategy, sales training, etc. for successful execution of business operations and strategic initiatives Address stakeholder concerns and maintain effective communication channels Build and nurture strong relationships with DMs and LMs
