The role of Senior Associate/Assistant Manager-Channel Sales involves developing and executing a strategic channel partner sales plan to achieve revenue targets and business objectives. You will be responsible for identifying and recruiting new channel partners, such as Educational Institutions, Educational Consultants, Corporate training providers, and industry associations. Additionally, onboarding new channel partners and nurturing strong relationships with existing ones will be crucial. Providing support, training, and resources to maximize sales opportunities will also be part of your responsibilities. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and operations, is essential to ensure alignment and support channel partner initiatives. Regular performance reviews and feedback provision to channel partners will be necessary to drive continuous improvement and ensure accountability. Monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for partnership expansion and innovation will also be a key aspect of the role. The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree in Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred). A proven track record of success in channel partner sales, preferably in the Education or Technology sector, is desirable.
