Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Regional Manager, located in Trivandrum. The Regional Manager will oversee daily operations in the designated region, manage and mentor staff, develop and execute sales strategies, and ensure that company policies and procedures are adhered to. This role involves regular communication with senior management to provide updates on regional performance, as well as collaborating with other departments to ensure overall business objectives are met. The Regional Manager will also be responsible for analyzing market trends, identifying business opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners.Candidates with Insurance or banking experience preffered.
