ABOUT THE ROLE: The Associate Business Analyst role is responsible for assisting in identifying, evaluating, and designing technology-based business solutions to solve complex business problems. Under the guidance of senior team members, the incumbent will collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts to understand business processes, workflows, data models, and other system artifacts. This role will support opportunities for process improvement and system enhancements and is responsible for contributing to the documentation of functional and technical specifications that define system requirements and articulate how systems will meet business goals.
