Job Description

As a Regional Manager at MetaApply, you will be responsible for overseeing the business development and partnership strategy for MBBS Abroad admissions in the assigned region. Your role will involve leading a team, ensuring targets are met, and maintaining operational excellence. You will drive educator partnerships, manage team performance, and contribute to expanding MetaApply's MBBS Abroad referral and admissions network. Key Responsibilities: - Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Assistant Business Development Managers/Executives, providing clear direction and regular feedback. - Develop and implement regional business development strategies to achieve lead generation and admissions targets. - Oversee the onboarding and engagement of coaching centers, NEET mentors, teachers, and education consultants as referral partners. - Monitor and support the team in building strong relationships with educator partners to ensure a consistent pipeline of leads. - Organize orientation sessions, seminars, and webinars for educators to communicate MetaApply's offerings effectively. - Track team performance, analyze conversion rates, and take corrective actions to maximize enrollments. - Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute regional promotional activities aligned with company objectives. - Conduct regular team meetings, prepare performance reports, and present insights to senior management. - Ensure compliance with company policies, operational standards, and data privacy regulations. - Support recruitment, onboarding, and training for new team members to foster a culture of high performance. Required Skills & Qualifications: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, marketing, education, or a related field. - 7-10 years of experience in B2C or education sales, with at least 3 years in a team leadership/regional management role. - Demonstrated success in team management, business development, and institutional partnerships. - Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills. - Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and digital communication platforms. - Strategic thinking, problem-solving ability, and results-driven approach. - Willingness to travel within the region as required. Preferred Attributes: - Existing network within NEET coaching/educator communities. - Experience with regional operations in the education or study abroad sector. - High adaptability and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Please note that the job type is full-time with a day shift schedule in Noida, Uttar Pradesh. Reliable commute or relocation to Noida is required. Experience in the education industry medical domain and sales is necessary. Proficiency in English is preferred. The expected start date is 16/06/2025, and the application deadline is 22/06/2025.,
