03. Regional Manager Field Crop Sales

NO. OF POSITION : 1

DESIRED SKILLS:

Achievement of Sales & Collections Budgets and Revenue Growth with budgeted profits

Successful execution of demand generation activities within the budgeted resources

Allocate Sales, Marketing and Travel budget to the team based on market potential and manage effectively

Train and develop the team(AM/SO/MDO/FA) to achieve the sales budget

Identify Market gaps / Distribution / Channel gaps through market intelligence and provide necessary solutions

Implement internal sales and marketing policies through the team and ensure achievement of Budgeted sales & Collections

Manage the business within approved outflow (Formulate and implement commercial schemes)

Manage C&F operations (inventory management) effectively

Identify potential product for commercialization being a crop team member

Manage and supervise pre and post season promotional campaigns

Liaison and obtain required licenses from the concern govt departments

Weekly/fortnightly/monthly review of Sales & Marketing activities and update Reporting Manager

QUALIFICATION: B.Sc. / M.Sc. Agri
