Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Regional Manager in Field Sales based in Rajkot. The Regional Manager will be responsible for managing and expanding the sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, and driving revenue growth. Day-to-day tasks include overseeing field sales operations, building and maintaining client relationships, and analyzing market trends to identify opportunities. The role also involves regular travel within the region to meet with clients and ensure the success of sales initiatives.

Team Management and Leadership abilities
Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
Market Analysis and Strategic Planning skills
Ability to work independently and proactively
Experience in the SME sector is a plus
