Regional Logistics Manager - West

Role Overview: As the incumbent for the role of warehousing & distribution in the West region operations, your main responsibilities will include managing warehouse operations, overseeing regional distribution, and ensuring efficient execution of logistics processes. Key Responsibilities: - Manage warehouse operations of Central Distribution Center and Regional Distribution Center for West region - Handle Export Operations to Middle East, Africa, and South Asian countries - Supervise Pan India Spares Distribution - Ensure smooth operations with 3rd Party Logistics service provider - Maintain high levels of accuracy in Inbound, Outbound, and Inventory transactions - Conduct regular Inventory counts and audits for accuracy - Uphold safety standards and compliance with laws and regulations - Train and supervise operations workforce - Accountable for overall West Regional distribution - Coordinate with Sales and Order fulfillment team for timely customer shipments - Liaise with Transporters, Customers, Suppliers, and Warehouse contractors - Manage customer claims processing within SLAs - Ensure high service levels and avoid detention/demurrage - Collaborate with regional sales team for timely deliveries - Review and audit Vendor & transporter bills - Monitor 3PL Partner & Transporters performance - Budgeting, Spending, and expense provisioning for warehouses - Lead functional & cross-environment projects for desired results Qualification Required: - Graduate or Engineer with an MBA degree - Good knowledge of Logistics and warehousing - Proficiency in SAP, WMS, and Microsoft Office Tools - Strong Technical and Analytical skills - 4-8 years of relevant experience - Excellent communication skills The company is looking for a candidate who can report to the Manager of Pan India Distribution & Warehousing and collaborate with internal stakeholders such as Sales, Service, Planning, and distribution teams. External business relationships will include Customers, Vendors, Transporters, and 3PL providers.,
