Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Franchisee Acquisition & Sales:

Ensure the region achieves Franchisee acquisition and servicing targets for Mutual Fund / Insurance business.
Build partnerships and alliances with top IFAs / Equity Partners in West India.
Drive sales and meet assigned sales/revenue targets from mapped IFAs / Equity Partners.
Plan and strategize acquisition of potential new IFAs, Mutual Fund Sub-brokers, and channel partners.
Organize events and activities to generate new leads for Sub-broker acquisition and business growth.

Service & Relationship Management:

Ensure timely resolution of partner queries and service requests.
Constantly engage with Equity Franchisees / IFAs to generate business.
Develop programs for maintaining channel partner relationships.
Conduct regular engagement and knowledge-sharing programs with Franchisee partners.
Personally monitor all complaints, ensure resolution within stipulated timelines, and escalate when needed.

Team Leadership & Performance Monitoring:

Analyze and continuously monitor team performance.
Budget requisition for manpower planning and ensure training needs of branches are met.
Control attrition and monitor LMS activities.
Drive and motivate the team to achieve defined sales targets.
