Regional Lead-Elite Banker

As the Regional Lead - Elite Banker, your primary responsibility will be to drive the Elite Banker channel in the region, ensuring they meet their objectives. You will lead the Relationship Manager (RM) agenda, focusing on engagement across various products such as Liabilities, Retail Assets, Credit Cards, Wealth Business, and Cross-Sell. Your role will involve deepening existing High Net Worth Individual (HNI) relationships and acquiring new-to-bank (NTB) HNIs. A strong knowledge of banking and investment products is essential for this role. Your key responsibilities will include: - Recruiting, training, and developing Elite Bankers in the zone, providing guidance, feedback, and mentorship to enable them to achieve their goals. - Maintaining productivity and achieving revenue targets for the Elite Banker team, ensuring quality of engagement, sales, and processes. - Implementing a quality management framework based on industry best practices and driving engagement across various product lines. - Ensuring Elite Bankers earn incentives within their assigned geographies and executing triggers, campaigns, and programs designed by Channel Management & Product Teams. - Managing cost-to-income ratio, increasing profitability, and ensuring best customer service and compliance with audit processes. - Developing data-driven sales plans to improve portfolio quality and account usage for existing liability product customers. In terms of managerial and leadership responsibilities, you will be expected to: - Promote a customer-first culture within the team and ensure high-quality servicing to achieve customer delight. - Attract and retain top talent for the Elite Banker team, focusing on attrition control and key performance indicators. - Utilize data analytics to enhance marketing propositions for liability customers. The ideal candidate for this role should have a graduate or post-graduate degree and at least 10 years of relevant experience.
