As a Regional Lead - Elite Banker, your role will involve driving Elite Banker in the region to meet their objectives. You will be responsible for leading the Relationship Manager (RM) agenda in the region, focusing on engagement across various products such as Liabilities, Retail Assets, Credit Cards, Wealth Business, and CA Business. Your key focus will be on deepening existing High Net Worth Individual (HNI) relationships and acquiring New-To-Bank (NTB) HNIs. It is essential for you to possess strong knowledge of banking and investment products and solutions. **Key Responsibilities:** - Quality recruitment, training, and development of Elite Banker in the Zone - Providing guidance, feedback, and mentorship to individuals to enable them to achieve defined goals - Ensuring productivity, goal sheet objectives, and revenue targets are met by the Elite Banker Team - Monitoring quality of engagement, sales, and processes in the region - Ideation, preparation, and adoption of a robust quality management framework - Driving engagement across various product lines and initiating cross-selling efforts - Ensuring Elite Bankers earn incentives across assigned geographies - Executing triggers, campaigns, and programs designed by Channel Management & Product Teams - Managing cost-to-income ratio within stipulated guidelines and increasing profitability - Ensuring best customer service is provided to portfolio customers and compliance with audit framework - Envisaging data-driven sales plans to improve portfolio quality and account usage - Recording all sales activity as per organizational processes and ensuring adherence to sales and service processes **Managerial & Leadership Responsibilities:** - Leading the customer-first culture by driving the team towards high-degree servicing norms for customer delight - Attracting and retaining best-in-class talent for Elite Banker in the zone - Monitoring and achieving key parameters on employee productivity, hiring quality, and attrition rates - Championing the use of data analytics for marketing propositions for liability customers **Qualification Required:** - Education: Any graduate/post-graduate - Experience: 10+ years of relevant experience,
