Job Description

Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues across the organization.
Install, configure, and maintain IT assets including desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and mobile devices.
Manage user accounts, roles, and security settings in Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and other enterprise platforms.
Support business applications such as ERP (SAP/Oracle), CRM, and in-house software solutions.
Assist in monitoring and maintaining network infrastructure (LAN/WAN, switches, routers, firewalls) in coordination with the central IT team.
Conduct regular system backups and implement disaster recovery procedures.
Enforce IT security policies and assist in implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Maintain asset inventory and documentation for audits and compliance.
Coordinate with vendors for IT hardware/software procurement and support services.
Travel to regional offices or plants for IT support and project rollouts as required.
Stay abreast of emerging technologies and recommend improvements to current IT infrastructure.
