Job Description

  • Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues across the organization.
  • Install, configure, and maintain IT assets including desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and mobile devices.
  • Manage user accounts, roles, and security settings in Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and other enterprise platforms.
  • Support business applications such as ERP (SAP/Oracle), CRM, and in-house software solutions.
  • Assist in monitoring and maintaining network infrastructure (LAN/WAN, switches, routers, firewalls) in coordination with the central IT team.
  • Conduct regular system backups and implement disaster recovery procedures.
  • Enforce IT security policies and assist in implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Maintain asset inventory and documentation for audits and compliance.
  • Coordinate with vendors for IT hardware/software procurement and support services.
  • Travel to regional offices or plants for IT support and project rollouts as required.
  • Stay abreast of emerging technologies and recommend improvements to current IT infrastructure.
