Job Description

1. Acts as a single point of the contact for the employees and managers.

2. Handles employees engagement activities for the sales force

3. Analyses performance and aids in improvement of performances through HR interventions

4. Proactively support the delivery of HR process

5. Manage complex and difficult HR process

6. Ensure HR compliances and grievances

7. Build a strong business relationship at the field

8. Plan and schedule the monthly employee engagement activities across region

9. Actively identifies gaps, proposes and implement changes necessary to cover risks.

10. Drives recruitment for assigned business channels within the prescribed timeline

11. Provide MIS on different aspects.

12. End to end employee life cycle management

13. Timely addresses disciplinary and behavioural issues as per matrix

14. Facilitates the managment team to bring the best solutions to employees.

15. Acts as the performance improvement drivers and provokes postive changes in people management.
