Regional HR Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with regional business objectives.
Oversee end-to-end recruitment, talent development, and retention efforts.
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company HR policies.
Manage employee relations, resolve conflicts, and maintain a positive work culture.
Design and administer compensation and benefits programs.
Drive performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
Support and guide local HR teams and managers.
Handle MIS reports and maintain accurate HR master data.

Key Qualifications:

Bachelor's/Masters in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
8-10 years of HR experience, with leadership in multi-location environments.
Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in HR software and knowledge of regional labor laws.
