Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment, talent development, and retention efforts.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company HR policies.
  • Manage employee relations, resolve conflicts, and maintain a positive work culture.
  • Design and administer compensation and benefits programs.
  • Drive performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Support and guide local HR teams and managers.
  • Handle MIS reports and maintain accurate HR master data.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's/Masters in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 8-10 years of HR experience, with leadership in multi-location environments.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software and knowledge of regional labor laws.
