Job Description

Role & responsibilities: Graduate only BBA BCOM IN HR Experience: 0 years in HR Operations (preferably in BFSI/NBFC sector) Location: Bangalore LIngrajpuram ,Halasur, Yeshwantpur (Candidates from this nearby area in Bangalore will be preferred ) Job Summary: As a Regional HR Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end HR recruitment across multiple branches within your designated region. Key Responsibilities: 1. Talent Acquisition Drive recruitment across regional branches in coordination with central TA team Ensure timely on-boarding and induction of new hires Maintain manpower planning and headcount targets as per business requirements 2. Employee Relations Resolve employee grievances in compliance with labor laws and company policies Conduct regular branch visits and HR audits 3. Performance Management Support implementation of PMS cycles (goal setting, mid-year, annual reviews) Coach managers on performance improvement plans and employee feedback 4. HR Operations & MIS Maintain employee database, exit records, and attrition analytics Provide periodic HR reports to leadership and central HR Required Skills: Strong understanding of BFSI industry practices Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in HRIS tools and Microsoft Office Conflict resolution and stakeholder management Qualifications: Anu Graduate or MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or related field Experience in NBFC/BFSI/financial services preferred Interested candidates may share their cvs on the below mentioned mail id - hrhwh@muthootgroup.com & hrvsi@muthootgroup.com
