Role & responsibilities


  • The role involves managing the entire

    HR/IR gamut

    at the regional level, aligning HR strategy with business plans, and working closely with the Corporate and Leadership teams.
  • Key responsibilities include

    Talent Management

    (acquisition, performance, training, and OD) and

    Workforce Planning

    .
  • The position has overall responsibility for

    Industrial Relations

    (union/employee relations, grievance redressal) and ensuring all

    Statutory & Legal Compliances

    for the factory.
  • This role also oversees

    Personnel Administration

    (payroll, compensation, attendance) and

    Factory Administration

    (security, transport, welfare)
