Regional Head - West Region

You will be joining Kobelco Construction Equipment India Pvt Ltd. as a Regional Head for the West Region, based in Thane. In this full-time on-site role, your primary responsibilities will involve overseeing the After Sales operations within the region. Your key tasks will include managing Service performance, formulating and implementing business development strategies, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Collaboration with various departments to ensure coherence with the company's objectives will also be part of your role. You will be entrusted with the leadership and mentoring of a team of professionals to propel business growth in the West Region. To excel in this position, you should possess strong Leadership and Team Management abilities. Your capacity for Strategic Planning and Execution will be crucial, along with a background in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and a solid foundation of Technical Knowledge with a proven track record. Effective communication skills and adeptness in interpersonal interactions are essential for success in this role. Prior experience in the construction equipment industry, coupled with a relevant degree or equivalent work experience, will be advantageous.,
