Regional Head - South

You will be the Regional Head at YuCollect, a part of Yubi Group, leading expansion efforts in SaaS, Service Sales, and Marketplace sectors. Your role involves managing sales processes, driving business growth, and owning profit and loss in your region. The ideal candidate will have strong sales acumen, communication skills, and industry connections. Your key responsibilities will include: - Directing regional business development strategy for client acquisition and account expansion. - Identifying strategic business opportunities to enhance market footprint. - Maximizing sales, revenue, and market share in the region. Ensuring customer satisfaction by collaborating with the Customer Success team, monitoring retention metrics, and addressing customer issues will be crucial. You will also supervise pre-sales activities, coordinate project rollouts, and lead diverse regional teams. Managing profit and loss, setting revenue targets, and developing regional strategies aligned with corporate objectives are essential. Conducting market analysis, collaborating with senior leadership, and establishing on-ground presence within the region will be part of your role.
