Job Description

As the Regional Head of Core Retail Sales for the South region, your role will involve leading and managing strategic key accounts and mid-enterprise accounts across India. You will be responsible for client relationship management, revenue ownership, strategic growth planning, and leadership of enterprise sales. Your impact as a leader will drive business transformation, customer success, and scalable growth. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute a national key account strategy aligning with organizational goals. - Own the P&L for key accounts throughout India. - Identify new business opportunities within existing key accounts and drive cross-sell/up-sell initiatives. - Build and nurture CXO-level relationships with strategic clients across sectors. - Ensure high customer satisfaction and long-term retention. - Act as an escalation point for key clients and resolve issues effectively. - Lead, coach, and manage a team of Regional/Area KAMs across different geographies. - Set performance KPIs and ensure the team delivers on goals. - Foster a culture of ownership, excellence, and continuous improvement. - Collaborate with marketing, operations, product, and finance teams to develop client-specific solutions. - Monitor account performance metrics to align with revenue targets. - Present periodic business reviews to internal leadership and clients. - Track competitor activities, pricing strategies, and market trends. - Share customer insights with product and innovation teams for solution development. Qualifications: - MBA from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 institute is mandatory. - Minimum 12-15 years of experience in B2B/Enterprise Sales or Retail Sales. - At least 5 years in a leadership role managing a national or large regional portfolio. - Proven success in handling enterprise-level accounts. - Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
