About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Regional Head Retail & Field Sales to lead, manage, and grow our retail and field sales operations across the assigned region. This role will be pivotal in driving revenue, building high-performing sales teams, and scaling market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
P&L Ownership: Own the regional revenue and sales targets across both retail and field channels.
Sales Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Area Managers, Territory Sales Managers, and Field Sales Executives.
Retail Expansion: Drive new store openings (COCO/FOFO), monitor retail performance, and ensure optimal customer experience across all outlets.
Performance Management: Track sales performance metrics, analyze data, and take corrective actions to achieve monthly/quarterly/annual targets.
Team Building: Hire, train, and retain high-performing field and retail teams to ensure business continuity and performance.
Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with marketing, product, operations, and customer service teams to implement regional strategies.
Market Intelligence: Analyze competitor activity, customer trends, and regional market dynamics to make data-driven decisions.
Compliance & SOPs: Ensure all retail operations and field activities are aligned with brand standards and compliance requirements.
Customer Focus: Drive initiatives to enhance customer experience, increase conversions, and maintain high NPS scores.
Desired Profile:
Experience: 10–15 years of experience in retail and/or field sales with at least 3–5 years in a regional leadership role.
Industry Preference: Consumer Healthcare, Retail, FMCG, Direct Sales, or Beauty/Wellness brands.
Education: Graduate/Post-Graduate in Business Administration or related field.
Skills:
Strong leadership & team management capabilities.
Strategic thinking with execution orientation.
Excellent analytical and communication skills.
Proficient in using CRM tools, Excel, and dashboards.
