Region /Location:

 North India (Delhi NCR / Punjab / Haryana / Rajasthan / Uttar Pradesh / Uttarakhand)

Role Objective:

driving sales growth through OEM customers and Zenith-authorized outlets

Key Responsibilities OEM Sales & Key Account Management

  • Identify, develop, and manage

    OEM customers

     across relevant industries
  • Work closely with OEM procurement, engineering, and quality teams to ensure product approvals and repeat orders.
  • Support technical discussions in coordination with internal QA/R&D teams.
  • Monitor RFQs, negotiate commercial terms, and close orders while maintaining margin discipline.

Zenith Outlet & Channel Sales:

  • Manage and grow business through

    Zenith Rubber outlets, dealers, and distributors

     in the assigned region.
  • Appoint new outlets/distributors where required as per expansion plan.
  • Ensure correct product mix, availability, and pricing discipline at outlet level.
  • Conduct regular outlet visits to strengthen relationships and resolve issues.
  • Drive secondary sales and demand generation through channel partners.

Relationship Management:

  • Build strong, long-term relationships with customers, channel partners, and influencers.
  • Actively resolve customer complaints and ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Position Zenith Rubber as a

    reliable, quality-focused, long-term partner

     rather than a price-only supplier.

Sales Planning & Execution:

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for OEM and outlet segments.
  • Prepare regional sales plans, forecasts, and pipeline reports.
  • Track competitor activity, pricing trends, and market developments.
  • Identify new applications and opportunities for Zenith Rubber products.

Internal Coordination:

  • Coordinate with production, dispatch, finance, and quality teams to ensure smooth order execution.
  • Follow up on payments and ensure adherence to credit policies.
  • Provide market feedback to management for product and strategy improvement.

Desired Candidate Profile & Education:

  • Bachelors degree  / MBA (Sales & Marketing preferred)

Experience:

  • 5-10 years

     of sales experience in

    industrial rubber, polymer, conveyor belts, hoses, sheets, or allied products

  • Proven experience in

    OEM sales and channel/outlet management

  • Regional market exposure (North India)

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
  • Understanding of industrial buying processes
  • Ability to handle technical sales discussions
  • Result-oriented with strong follow-up discipline
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the region
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM, and reporting tools
