Job Description

As a Cluster Head / Regional Head - Private Wealth in our client, a leading NBFC, located in New Delhi, you will be responsible for managing and expanding the portfolio of private wealth clients. Your role will involve overseeing a team of wealth managers, ensuring high-quality service delivery, and developing and implementing business strategies. Additionally, you will be monitoring market trends and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Your key responsibilities will include achieving financial targets, building strong client relationships, and representing the company at various industry forums and events. The ideal candidate for this full-time on-site role should have at least 10 years of experience in the Financial Industry, specifically in Private Wealth, Capital Markets, or Private Banking. You should possess strong leadership and team management skills, a proven track record of achieving financial targets and business growth, and excellent knowledge of financial products, market trends, and regulatory requirements. Your duties will involve helping teams establish strong ties by designing and implementing financial plans and ensuring they receive and execute on the right advice. You will also be responsible for the P & L of your team, development and management of respective teams, and planning and achieving Sales Targets for Wealth Management products through motivation, inspiration, and guidance to keep performance levels high. Key qualifications for this role include experience in private wealth management, portfolio management, and client relationship management. Preferred backgrounds include Banking, Financial Services, and Wealth Management. You will be handling a team of Relationship Managers/Sr. Relationship Managers and focusing on the acquisition, activation, and cross-sell targets, especially within the Premium segment customers. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in acquiring new Private Wealth / HNI Clients / Corporate clients, developing rapport with external/internal constituents at all levels, and ensuring maximum client retention and revenue achievement. Your main objectives will be achieving acquisition, activation, and cross-sell targets, as well as business and revenue targets attributed to the company.,
