Regional Demand Planner

As a Regional Demand Planner, your role involves defining and tracking regional demand KPIs such as MAPE, Bias, and Fidelity. You will be required to follow global demand planning frameworks and support the adoption of AI/ML forecasting solutions at a regional level. Partnering with the Global S&OP CoE to ensure regional plans align with global forecasting standards is crucial, while also driving budgeting and annual demand planning exercises for the region. Key Responsibilities: - Define and track regional demand KPIs such as MAPE, Bias, and Fidelity - Follow global demand planning frameworks and support AI/ML forecasting solutions adoption - Partner with the Global S&OP CoE to align regional plans with global forecasting standards - Drive budgeting and annual demand planning exercises for the region Tactical Activities: - Run and monitor regional demand review sessions - Ensure closure of MOM forecasts for the region - Track and manage a regional SKU based demand list - Align demand and supply to balance inventory health and service levels - Monitor product margins and incorporate marketing promotions into demand planning process - Drive regular portfolio rationalization drives across geographies - Create and maintain DP templates for the region aligning with APS platform requirements Operational Activities: - Provide regular updates to regional leadership and RSOP on demand risks and opportunities - Maintain clean data and accurate forecast inputs in APS/SONAR systems - Drive APS/SONAR adoption and ensure user training - Share feedback with Global CoE on tool usability and regional customization needs Key Qualifications: - Proficiency in demand planning tools like APS/SONAR - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities - Prior experience in demand planning and forecasting Company Additional Details: - The company emphasizes the importance of utilizing advanced forecasting tools and frameworks to drive regional demand planning strategies - Regular communication and collaboration with global teams ensure alignment with global forecasting standards - Opportunities for professional growth and contribution to the company's demand planning excellence Key KPIs: - WMAPE (%) - Bias & Demand Fidelity - SONAR & APS Utilization incl. adoption - NPL Demand accuracy and launch readiness metrics,
