Strategy and Planning

  • Undertake improvement in process systems. Support in implementing strategy agreed for SEB Segment.

  • Providing strategic and structural inputs in formulating credit policies and process improvements

  • Highlighting key risks concerns. Suggesting effective limit structures, collaterals and covenants enabling book growth in line with business targets.

  • Meeting key clients, Industry Association, Industry peers and dissemination of knowledge to the team and business counterpart

Policies, Processes & Procedures

  • Adherence to credit policy and regulatory guidelines.

  • Identifying training needs and providing appropriate training.

  • Compliance of audit and regulatory aspects.

  • Conduct regular pipeline review with team members and business teams

  • Undertake improvement in process systems.

Job specific buckets

  • Managing loan portfolio with respect to credit rating, quality, industry concentration, granularity, secured/unsecured,

  • Regular reviews along with business team to ensure adherence of TAT.

  • Monitoring external ratings changes in external environment and analyzing its impact on the portfolio

  • Timely identification of warning signals, timely renewal, timely review of stressed adversely labeled accounts and recommend strategy to reduce exit accounts

  • Highlighting key risks concerns. Suggesting effective limit structures, collaterals and covenants.

  • Ensure Timely completion of credit appraisals / renewals/PSMs with effective structures by team

  • Delinquency Management with respect to 30+ and NPA

  • Ensure control of exceptions- Critical security Ageing above 90+.

  • Mentoring of Team, Managing Team Attrition

People Management

  • Grooming key critical members for higher responsibilities

  • Identifying training needs and providing appropriate training

  • Collaborating with other departments for resolution of issues

  • Ensure Productivity of the team benchmarking with the set standard for the unit.

  • Credit culture and protection enhancement of YBL Brand

  • CPA Management

SECTION V: OPERATING NETWORK

Key interactions which are essential to execute the role. This will include both internal (excluding sub-ordinates) and external stakeholders.

Internal Business Stakeholders, HCM, CAD, Legal,

Collaborating with other departments for resolution of issues, regular reviews Functional Collaboration with Business Units for Building quality book , Resolutions of Queries, Portfolio hygiene checks and Risk Collaborating with other departments for resolution , Adherence to YES Personality standards, Training requirements of team, rewards and recognition External Clients, Meeting key clients, dissemination of memos updating internal system stakeholders and review exposure strategy.

SECTION VI: ROLE PROFILE REQUIREMENTS

Minimum qualification which are essential to execute the role.

Education

Essential: BE CA MBA any other professional qualification related to our field from a reputed institute

Preferred:

Experience

Essential: Minimum of 10 years of work experience in Credit Risk Management, Team Management Function.
