Regional Coordinator

Role & responsibilities:

1.      Manage overall operations and sales performance of all branches within the designated state.
2.      Conduct periodic branch visits to assess performance, operational gaps, and compliance, perform operational audits and meet vendors and review performance as per prescribed guidelines.3.      Monitor manpower availability across branches on a day-to-day basis and ensure required deployment.4.      Oversee daily inventory reporting and ensure accuracy and timely submission from all branches.5.      Ensure adherence to SOPs, delivery KPIs, 5S standards, safety norms, and compliance processes.6.      Prepare and share operational MIS for all designated branches with the reporting manager.7.      Review branch MIS reports, identify gaps, and initiate corrective actions.8.      Monitor key operational metrics such as vendor performance, delivery TAT, manpower productivity, and cost control.9.      Prepare performance reports for transport vendors and manpower vendors.10.  Monitor overall branch performance including service delivery, process compliance, customer SLAs, and cost parameters.11.  Work closely with KAM (Key Account Manager) to support client operations and improve service levels.12.  Identifying new Transport (primary and secondary) and Manpower Vendors and on boarding as per policy.13.  Drive rollout of new customer projects within timelines in coordination with sales team.14.  Coordinate with insurance agencies and government authorities as required, Support statutory and regulatory compliance15.  Business retention of state

Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities to manage multiple locations and priorities.4. Proficiency in MS Office / Google Sheets & reporting tools.5.
