The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 10 years of experience in structural design and a strong background in post-tensioning works . This role will be responsible for managing regional projects, leading design and execution teams, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and driving business growth in the region. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage structural design and post-tensioning projects across the Chennai region. Supervise a team of engineers, project managers, and site personnel. Review and approve structural designs, drawings, and technical documents. Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure successful project delivery. Ensure all regional operations comply with safety, quality, and regulatory standards. Provide technical expertise and support to resolve design and construction challenges. Oversee site execution activities including monitoring progress, resolving site issues, and ensuring adherence to approved drawings and specifications. Conduct periodic site visits to review the quality and pace of execution and provide necessary guidance. Manage budgets, timelines, and resource allocations effectively. Identify new business opportunities and contribute to strategic planning. Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering. Minimum 10 years of proven experience in structural design and post-tensioning. Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills. Experience in handling large-scale commercial or infrastructure projects. Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
