Regional Construction Manager

Your key responsibilities will include: - Leading and managing structural design and post-tensioning projects in the Chennai region. - Supervising a team of engineers, project managers, and site personnel. - Reviewing and approving structural designs, drawings, and technical documents. - Coordinating with clients, consultants, and contractors for successful project delivery. - Ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards. - Providing technical expertise to resolve design and construction challenges. - Overseeing site execution activities, monitoring progress, and ensuring adherence to specifications. - Conducting periodic site visits to review quality, progress, and provide necessary guidance. - Managing budgets, timelines, and resource allocations effectively. - Identifying new business opportunities and contributing to strategic planning.
