Regional Construction Manager

As a Regional Manager for Structural Design & Post-Tensioning in Chennai, you will play a crucial role in leading our operations in the region. With a minimum of 10 years of experience in structural design and a strong background in post-tensioning works, you will be responsible for managing regional projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and driving business growth. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage structural design and post-tensioning projects in Chennai. - Supervise a team of engineers, project managers, and site personnel. - Review and approve structural designs, drawings, and technical documents. - Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors for successful project delivery. - Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards in all regional operations. - Provide technical expertise to resolve design and construction challenges. - Oversee site execution activities, monitor progress, resolve site issues, and ensure adherence to approved drawings. - Conduct periodic site visits to review execution quality, provide guidance, and ensure pace of work. - Manage budgets, timelines, and resource allocations effectively. - Identify new business opportunities and contribute to strategic planning.
