Regional Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage structural design and post-tensioning projects across the Chennai region.
  
• Supervise a team of engineers, project managers, and site personnel.
  
• Review and approve structural designs, drawings, and technical documents.
  
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure successful project delivery.
  
• Ensure all regional operations comply with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
  
• Provide technical expertise and support to resolve design and construction challenges.
  
• Oversee site execution activities including monitoring progress, resolving site issues, and ensuring adherence to approved drawings and specifications.
  
• Conduct periodic site visits to review the quality and pace of execution and provide necessary guidance.
  
• Manage budgets, timelines, and resource allocations effectively.
  
• Identify new business opportunities and contribute to strategic planning.
  

Requirements:

• Bachelors or Master’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering.
  
• Minimum 10 years of proven experience in structural design and post-tensioning.
  
• Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
  
• Experience in handling large-scale commercial or infrastructure projects.
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
  
• Familiarity with structural design software such as AutoCAD, ETABS, Staad Pro, SAFE, , and other related tools.
